Anderson Silva, the reigning middleweight champion of the UFC for six years now, has a not-so-kind opinion about professional fighters who let their guard-playing opponents grab their wrists, something that helps big time in getting caught in a triangle: “stupid donkey”.

Well, at least that’s the opinion he voiced about Chael Sonnen. Either way, professional or amateur, it’s worth your while to watch the video below and learn from the Nogueira brothers black belt right off the bat.
