Return/Exchange/Refund Policy
We accept exchanges and refunds within 30 days of the date of purchase on uniforms, apparel, gear & equipment* under the following conditions:
- Items must be clean and free from wear
- Items must be unwashed
Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria, will not be eligible for exchange/refund (i.e. are dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc...). All exchanges/refunds will be at the discretion of Senso Jiu Jitsu.
The customer is responsible for shipping the purchased items back to Senso and in the case of exchanges, Senso will pay for the second shipping to the customer.
