Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
At Senso, we want you to feel confident ordering your gear. Because sizing can vary between practitioners, we offer a free first exchange so you can get the perfect fit.
Free Shipping (United States)
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via standard ground service. Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 2–5 business days.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Exchanges
If the size of your gi, belt, or apparel isn’t quite right, we offer one free exchange within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify for an exchange:

Items must be clean and free from wear

Items must be unwashed

Original packaging should be included when possible
Once your exchange is approved, Senso will send a free return label and ship the replacement item to you at no cost once the return is received.
Returns for Refund
Returns for refunds are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must meet the following conditions:

Clean and free from wear

Unwashed

Free of odors, smoke, detergent, deodorant marks, or animal hair

No visible signs of use or damage
Any item that does not meet these criteria may not be eligible for exchange or refund. All exchanges and refunds remain at the discretion of Senso Jiu Jitsu.
