Heitai Gi

Heitai (兵隊) means "soldier" in Japanese, and in times like these especially, a warrior of peace, justice and freedom. The front of the jacket features an origami crane (Tsuru), a symbol of peace and hope. The jacket is lined on the shoulders and waist with Coolmax fabric, to wick the moisture and sweat away from the body. Coolmax is also applied on the inside of the pants to increase mobility and keep the skin dry. Jacket and pants are made of 450 GSM cotton canvas for a very flexible and comfortable feel.

The fabric is pre-shrunk and will have minimal shrinkage if washed on cold water and line dried in the shade. You can adjust the overall size up to 4% by doing a controlled shrink. Wash it in warm water and dry it gradually from line dry, warm and hot in the machine settings, until it shrinks to your desired fit.
