Three Ways To Escape Knee On Belly

Yesterday, we talked about some ways to escape one of the toughest positions to escape from, the side mount.

Another tough position to escape from is knee on belly. Unlike side mount, knee on belly is not only hard to get out of, but can be particularly painful, considering all of your opponent’s weight is focused on a small portion of his or her body.

This video, however, from BJJ West Hartford has some excellent ways to escape this tough and painful position.  The best part is, all of the escapes are incredibly easy, even for a low-ranking student.
