Of course, there are the muscle aches that come from a workout unlike any other, but there are also a lot of other pains that you may not yet anticipate. Callouses will form in places you didn’t know where possible, but only after they’ve been open wounds for a while. You’ll learn that submissions can come in more forms that joint locks and choke holds.
