When you have an opponent who is really good at utilizing the “Cross Body Ride”, or more popularly known as the Truck position… You know how ridiculous it can get trying to escape it.
However, escaping it doesn’t have to be difficult. Here’s a simple way to get out of the dreaded Truck – and go for an outside Heel Hook.
