Defending The “Kneading The Bread” Choke

The amassa pao is translated from Brazilian Portuguese as “kneading the bread” and is a powerful choke when used by a larger, heavier opponent.

I tested several experienced BJJ students on the proper way to defend this choke, and nobody knew the correct technique. So, I made this video to show how an smaller female can stop the choke.
