Guard Puller, jumper, take-down user… regardless of your preferred methodology of attack, understanding the WHY & HOW of a technique is imperative to properly implement or counter it. I’m finding that as I grow and acquire an understanding of what I’m doing, I’m becoming more confident. I enjoyed this BJJScout breakdown and explanation featuring the Morote Seoinage, Kouchi Gari & the Ouchi Gari (the music was fun too!). Enjoy!
