This is a short clip from a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Seminar I filmed for Cheyenne BJJ where Jeff Glover taught multiple aspects of using the Deep Half guard. During the instruction he told us this funny short story about how a 7 year old kid almost choked him out. As a result he used this choke in several tournaments to win gold medals. I thought you guys might enjoy the story as well as a pretty sweet and simple self defense move.
