Icelandic CrossFitters vs. Icelandic MMA Fighters (ENGLISH SUBS)
Just a few weeks back Mjölnir MMA invited me and Ragnheidur Sara Sigmundsdottir to come over and try out combat training with their biggest stars and of course we both said yes. Training with MMA legends Gunnar Nelson and Sunna "Tsunami" Davidsdottir is something that I didn´t see coming, but it was a great experience
This was very interesting and fun and these two are great to be around… … until the cage closes
