What’s your pre-Jiu-Jitsu competition routine like?

Running up stairs, sprints, strength-building exercises, one-handed kettlebell workouts, plenty of rolling in the gi, and roll after roll of bandages—that’s what Swedish brown belt Tove Grace Södersten went through in capturing light featherweight bronze for our GMA Rubens Cobrinha’s academy at the Jiu-Jitsu World Championship last June in Long Beach.
