These days, most MMA fights tend to conclude via submission or knockout. Knockouts often come via a devastating punch or kick, and by multiple strikes on the ground. Dominique Steele showed us a rare win by slam knockout at UFC Fight Night 79 against Dong Hyun Kim. At the event, Kim made his UFC debut, although things ended in painful fashion for him.
Steele picked up his opponent and then body slammed him onto the mat with tremendous force. Kim seemed out the moment his back hit the ground. From there, Steele added a couple of elbows for effect, but the ref called the match immediately. The Performance Of The Night bonus went to Steele for that lights out moment.
