With all of the collar pulling and head grabbing that goes on in BJJ — or any grappling art, for that matter — it is easy to hurt your neck.
But you’re not going to want to skip class every time you get a minor neck injury. At the same time, though, you won’t want to risk hurting your neck more than it’s already been hurt.
So, what can you do?
