The winner of the under-70 kg black belt division at the WPJJC, Samuel Hertzog Canquerino teaches Jiu-Jitsu to kids in the city of Madinat Zayed, in the desert of the United Arab Emirates. From there, he teaches a sweep and a variation for catching opponents in a triangle, when they get up to pass guard.

Pay attention to how he synchronizes three moves after wrapping up the leg: he positions his hip, uses his arm to move the enemy leg (as though throwing a reverse punch) and drops his head back. Learn from him, and leave your comments below.
