Don’t bother with other triangle escapes, they do not work. This one actually works.
So much of what is posted online these days are techniques that don’t work or haven’t been tested fully. Don’t get mislead with false information. If you are having problems in BJJ make sure you are learning REAL techniques from verified high level black belts that compete, or have competed extensively in the past.
