Everyone loves a truly good mixed martial arts (MMA) bout, and when that top notch match is a championship, all the better! That made today’s match so great when Dominick Cruz defeats T.J. Dillashaw via split decision. This was a highly anticipated bout between two fighters who were expected to be evenly matched throughout the fight, which proved to be exactly true.
There was plenty of striking, plenty of ground game, and a lot of effort and energy to keep the crowd excited from beginning to end. While Cruz won via decision, it was not unanimous and a rematch is likely in the future!
