According to Grapplearts founder and BJJ black belt Stephan Kesting, if you’re a grappler, you need to do pull-ups.
“You need that pulling movement, that clinching movement, that holding that holding someone tight,” Kesting tells his viewers.
But what if you don’t have a gym?
Simple. Get a pull-up bar.
It doesn’t matter if you live in an apartment, live with your parents, or live in a dorm. You can get a cheap pull-up bar, and you can install it quickly and easily.
In other words, you have no excuses. Get a pull-up bar and do some pull-ups and chin-ups!
