Rafael Lovato Jr. believes that there is nothing that can surpass the education a child receives in martial arts.
He shared why that’s the case in a recent interview with Guardian Gym:
I believe that the best education is the martial arts education.
Discipline, honor, respect, the people you surround yourself with. Like I said, it’s priceless.We need that more now than ever for our youth…
Especially in this day, where it’s so easy to be in negative surroundings and have negative people or situations or things…
Lovato emphasized that it’s important because of movement as well…
And because of the upcoming generations too:
People aren’t moving enough, they’re not doing hard things enough.
I’ve been so fortunate to live this martial arts life and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.That’s what we need in this world, you know?
As our kids coming up and we want the generation after them to help those who come behind them.
