Khabib Nurmagomedov, one of the greatest MMA athletes of all time, has revealed that he’s working on a documentary with the UFC!
It was during a recent Instagram live with UFC president Dana White that Nurmagomedov revealed the news.
White was on a live watch-along with fans for UFC Fight Night: Holloway vs The Korean Zombie, when the Dagestani national joined in.
White asked “The Eagle” what he was up to. And the former lightweight champion said that he is in Dagestan, working with a camera crew…
Which was sent by White himself!
The UFC president was taken aback, but then asked Nurmagomedov if he was on board with the documentary idea. Nurmagomedov confirmed.
Here’s how the conversation went between the two, starting with Khabib:
Right now, I’m working with your [Dana White] people, you send here like 25 camera about the documentary.
Dana replied:
Oh alright, we doing this sh*t? Or what are we doing?
Khabib said:
Yeah, I’m working on this, like last five days. It’s very busy, you know.
Even now, these people waiting for me.
Dana then confirmed to the audience:
So there you go, you heard it here first ladies and gentlemen.
We’re doing a documentary on Khabib, my man.
Khabib added that the documentary is going to be released in 2024:
I think this year is gonna be very busy and next year, around like about summer.
It’s gonna be, like, one of the best documentary.
