Train. Train. Train. Maybe take a short break. Train some more. Some other things can help as well. Perhaps you could get a private lesson with your coach. Doing so will give you direct one on one time with your coach who can tell you specifically what you should be focusing on. More times than no a great training session with only your coach can go a long way in getting you over a training slump.
Try going to a seminar. Get some fresh perspective and be around others who are excited about BJJ. Excitement and enthusiasm are contagious. If you are having a problem getting enthused because of the same old routine, take yourself out of that safe feeling place and go train with others.
To get over a plateau you can also pick up an instructional DVD to immerse yourself in. Again you will get a fresh perspective and learn some new tricks and tips that will further your game and make it exciting again.
