Gordon Ryan is one of the most recognizable names and faces in the world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu – he has a lot of fans, all around the world.
So it’s no wonder that he was approached by a lot of them during a recent UFC Fight Pass event.
Ryan loved meeting them, as he revealed in a recent social media post:
When I go online, 90% of the comments I see are negative, yet when I go out in the real world, 100% of the interactions I have are overly positive, like people crying because they get to meet me.
The fans adore me, and I love them.
He said that he enjoys being there for the fans, no matter the time it takes:
I stayed an extra 2.5 hours after media taking pictures with everyone, not because I have to, but because I just LOVE my fans.
I’m just happy I’m in a position in life to even have fans.I couldn’t move an inch at any UFC operated event without crowds of hundreds of people following me asking me for pictures and autographs, and I love that.
The internet is further and further every day from real life, and I just wanted to remind the fans and supporters how much I really care about you all.
