Unless you’ve been completely ignoring mixed martial arts since Saturday, you’ve heard about Georges St-Pierre’s triumphant comeback. GSP not only returned to the octagon after four years, but beat Michael Bisping — the champion of the weight class above the one he normally competes in — to become the new UFC Middleweight Champion.
St-Pierre won the fight via rear naked choke, the first submission win he earned since 2009.
