This is probably one of the strangest injuries we’ve seen in MMA history.
Yesterday, at Legacy Fighting Alliance 39, Brandon Royval took on Jerome Rivera in a flyweight battle. After an exchange of punches and kicks, Royval grabbed one of Rivera’s leg, forcing the latter to hop backwards. Rivera extended his right arm up against the cage to stop his fall, but it bent the wrong way and dislocated. Once Rivera noticed his arm was swinging like a pendulum, he had no choice but to run and tap out with his other arm.
Check out the footage here.
