Team Brasa World Championship-winning black belt Felipe Costa held a seminar at the academy of also-black belt and physical trainer Itallo Vilardo in the Laranjeiras neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro.
Besides a number of other top athletes, like Igor Silva, participants from Gracie Humaitá and De La Riva academies, Master Ricardo De La Riva himself was there with a number of students of different belt levels.
Felipe has been training with De La Riva along with a long list of athletes to help him prepare for his farewell match against Jean-Jacques Machado in November.
