Facing teammates in Brazilian jiu-jitsu has its ups and downs.
On the upside, you probably know most of their moves. You’ll probably know if your opponent has a weak leg lock game but a strong armbar game. You’ll probably also know if she’s the type who gasses out early.
On the downside, no one wants to fight their teammates. They’re your friends, after all.
