Marcus Aurelio , better known as Marcus “Lelo” Aurélio or Contra-mestre Barrãozinho is a Brazilian capoeirista and MMA/BJJ fighter , based in Canada .
He is the son of Mestre Barrão , the founder of Grupo Axé Capoeira , and the brother of MMA fighter Marcus “Osso Duro” Vinicius.
Marcus Aurélio became famous in the MMA fan community after spectacular and unorthodox knockouts using characteristic capoeira strikes as the main element in his fighting style.
He competed today in the Inaki Bom-Ba-Ye event he scored a truly spectacular KO slam over Taekwondo practitioner Hidenori Ebata. The Brazilian lifted him to the edge of the fighting pit before slamming him into the mist. The Japanese feel on shoulder on the padded surface and was unable to continue.
