Hi guys,
This is my favorite format for working out and keeping my cardio up when Im preparing for a competition or just staying in shape. Usually I will add in a super set of clinching and hangs at the end to make sure my grips get burnt out as well.
I also like to change it up and add some kettle bells, pull ups, sprints, box jumps etc. It was my intention with this video to be very basic and not require any equipment at all.
