Barry Bonds, a highly acclaimed Major League Baseball player, has made quite an inpact on the history of baseball. He is known for his achievements as an outfielder with the Pittsburgh Pirates and the San Francisco Giants. Bonds who was a seven-time National League MVP, is now training Brazilian jiu-jitsu at the Evolve Training Center in San Francisco, USA.
This week, Bonds received his blue belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu from his instructor, Jay Janero.
His fans were impressed by his decision to embark on this new adventure, although some did mention his past use of performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs).

In 2003, Bonds encountred legal issues with the notorious Balco labs, which was known for distributing undetectable PEDs.
During the investigation into BALCO’s distribution of this steroid, Bonds was charged with perjury, obstruction of justice and lying under oath.
