Are you determined enough for the Aldo Diet?

The story broke on “Globo” yesterday in Gustavo Noblat’s fortnightly column:

Aldo’s been dealing with a military-type regimen in the days leading up to the fight [against Kenny Florian at UFC 136]. He wakes up punctually at 8:30 am. He only eats two pieces of toast and a cup of coffee with milk after getting out of bed. At 10:30 he eats half a cereal bar. His lunch is a salad and chicken or fish at around 2 pm. He eats the other half of the cereal bar at around 6 pm. Three hours later, his dinner is another salad with chicken or fish. He goes to bed at 11 pm.”

The goal of the Spartan routine is to drop around 10 kgs (22 lbs) to meet the 66 kg (145 lb) limit by weigh-ins on Friday in Houston, Texas. To manage it, Aldo’s also had to run every morning and train only Jiu-Jitsu at around 7pm.

What about you, would you have the will power to keep to a similar diet?
