Actor Russell Brand is the perfect example of a man who successfully turned his life around.
Once a drug addict who was arrested no less than 12 times, Brand has been clean since 2002. He is also a part of the growing number of celebrities embracing the art of Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
In the latest episode of his “Under The Skin” podcast, Brand interviews the Rener and Ryron Gracie, the owners of one of Brazilian jiu-jitsu biggest schools, Gracie University. The three talked about the Gracie family history, the UFC, and the importance of self-defense.
