New charges have been filed against a former Pittsburgh-area gym owner and instructor after a third woman came forward and claimed he sexually assaulted her when she was a teenager.
WPXI reports that the woman who filed the complaint joined Uniontown Fight Club when she was fourteen years old. A year later, the former academy owner and trainer, William Bosley, allegedly began sending her text messages about her body and asking her to send nude photos of herself to track the progress of her diet.
The report also claims that Bosley entered the shower with the alleged victim and “touched her inappropriately” one night when she stayed at his house and that he placed her hand on his genitals. The victim claimed that she said “no” repeatedly during the encounter.
The first reports of Bosley’s alleged sex crimes came out earlier this month when a woman claimed that he had sent her inappropriate text messages and later had sex with her over the course of two years when she was a teenager.
A second woman came forward soon after, saying that Bosley had begun having sex with her in 2010 when she was 15 years old. The alleged victim was reportedly a student at Uniontown Fight Club, and she told police that Bosley requested sex acts in exchange for more training sessions or to be considered for fight opportunities.
The alleged crimes occurred when the victims were below the age of consent in Pennsylvania.
After news broke of the first charges, Pittsburgh-based BJJ black belt Tommy Costa released the following statement:
