Should You Cut Weight Or Not For Your First BJJ Tournament

Question: Hey there Bernardo faria
I’m training for my first competition in 10th June in Bournemouth and training some high belts say I should cut weight others say I shouldn’t and just roll ? I’m aim for the 79,3 heavy women category and training Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Friday as well for 51/2 &61/2 hr a week to get myself in shape so what would be your top tips? So far I’ve been told to stayed relaxed and not tense so I don’t gas out . What are your top tips for someone who is doing there first competition.kind regards by Ashleigh Redmond
