There are so many different internet sources for Brazilian Jiu-jitsu these days. Whether you look on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube or a paid membership website.
There’s just so much BJJ out there. And it can be somewhat overwhelming if you don’t have a process by which to sift through it all.
This is the case with one of the viewers who recently sent me a question and was curious about how he can figure out what BJJ techniques that are out there on the internet are going to work best for him.
As I’ll share in the video. Some of the stuff that is out there is just BJJ entertainment. It looks cool, but it’s probably not going to be the next technique to make up your A game. So you’ve got to be careful.
Throughout the video I share several tips on how to use Youtube and other resources to benefit your current BJJ game. One of the tips I share is to pick moves that start from positions you can get to reliably. This may seem like common sense. But the biggest issue I see with most people is that they see moves that don’t originate from positions they can achieve.
I hope the tips in the video help you make sense of all the internet resources available out there so that you can get more from them. Rather than just watching them, being entertained and then not making anything of it.
Thanks for watching!
