Last August 27, GMA members Nate and Zach Adamson welcomed two ADCC 2011 competitors to their academy, Seaside Oregon Jiu-Jitsu Academy.
Xande Ribeiro and James Puopolo spent the day training and teaching some great no-gi techniques.
Following the training session, they took the time to talk about the challenges they will face in the UK in two weeks’ time.
