A while back, we interviewed Alexandra Tekenah, a French National Sanda/Wushu champion. In the interview, she explained what her path through the combat sport of Wushu has been like.
If you’re unfamiliar with the rules, striking is allowed, as are throws and takedowns, though there are no submissions or striking on the ground.
