The World Pro’s promoters are calling on Jiu-Jitsu practitioners the world over to be a part of the biggest martial arts fest in the Middle East, where one million dollars in worth of total prizes will be shelled out from April 8 to 16.
The World Pro is open to all competitors aged eighteen years or older, regardless of weight, belt or nationality. There is no need to participate in a qualifying event. The sign-up deadline is the coming 31st.
It’s all about competing and, moreover, getting to know Abu Dhabi, one of the most exotic and interesting big cities in the region.
The World Pro will, for the first time, feature a No-Gi division. No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu weigh-ins will be held April 7, whereas Gi weigh-ins will take place April 13, both starting at 10am local time. There will also be a tournament for local children on the 14th and 15th.
Anyone who register will also enter in the running to win a car. Two automobiles will be raffled off during the tournament. Visit the uaejj.com website for details.
