WNO: Craig Jones Loses to Pedro Marinho, Elder Cruz Defeats Nick Rodriguez

The latest Who’s Number One (WNO) event featured a number of high-paced matches, out of which three have been for the title.

The main bout was for the light heavyweight belt between Craig Jones and Pedro Marinho. Jones did try stay true to his promise to never again pull guard in competition, but when the referee warned for passivity – he pulled guard. Marinho then passed it and took the win via unanimous decision.
Tye Ruotolo won his second WNO title by utilizing his Heel Hook skills against Levi Jones-Leary, and Musumeci defended his belt against Estevan Martinez.

Other, non-title matches were superbly exciting as well. For example, Nick Rodriguez lost to Elder Cruz via split decision.
Check out the highlights and results from this WNO installment below.
