Did you know that there is a UK-based mixed martial arts promotion, called MMA League, which features kids’ MMA matches?
Yup, that’s right. And one of those matches has recently gone viral; as it shows an 8-year-old boy submitting his opponent with a picture-perfect Kimura setup.
Namely, it was a fight between Albie King and Finn Pearce.
Immediately from the get-go, King went on the offensive, with a lot of strikes and leg kicks thrown at his opponent.
Then, after a brief clinching exchange, King went for a rolling Kimura setup… And got it done!

King’s performance was praised by many, including the professional MMA fighter Cody Durden, who’s one of the UFC’s flyweight roster athletes:
Nice transition from the clinch. Kids a savage.

This bout took place as a part of the Full Contact Contender (FCC) Juniors event – specifically, the FCC Juniors 1 event which took place in December 2022.
FCC is based in the United Kingdom and its MMA league is featured on UFC Fight Pass, i.e. the subscription-based video streaming service which is owned by the UFC.
