A highlight reel has been released of James Foster in action at the 2013 IBJJF Masters and Seniors Worlds that took place on Oct. 5-6. The head instructor of GMA Foster BJJ in Kent, WA traveled to the Long Beach Pyramid and took home silver after four tough matches.
