Cláudia do Val recently added more gold to her prolific season — this time at the Vitória No-Gi Open, in Brazil.
A sitting IBJJF no-gi world champion, the De La Riva representative took on Juliana Simões (Checkmat) for the absolute division’s final. In just over two minutes, Cláudia had transitioned from the closed guard, scaled her opponent and reached the back to apply a rear naked choke.
