Fresh off a huge win in the lightweight division at No-Gi Pans, Margot Ciccarelli has been promoted to black belt by Murilo Santana.
The Unity athlete has been collecting wins at the highest level of jiu-jitsu, marking herself as one of the top up-and-comers in the sport. She was promoted to brown belt in August 2019 after a highly successful blue and purple belt career. During her time as a brown belt, she collected gold medals at No-Gi Pans 2021, No-Gi Worlds 2019, and Euros 2020. She also picked up double gold at American Nationals.
