Ed Soares, manager to Anderson Silva and other high-profile fighters, went on FOX L.A. on recently and talked about regional MMA promotion, the RFA. But it was his comment on his fighter that made the biggest impact in the interview.
Soares said that in a fight between Silva and Jon Jones, “Spider” is still the favorite. Obviously Soares is going to say that because he’s Silva’s representation, but it’s still interesting because the fighter is 38 years old and has little, if any, peak years left.
