This Saturday morning was one of lots of MMA, with an installment of UFC Fight Night held in Singapore. The main event saw Leon Edwards defeat veteran Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone by decision, and the co-main event was decided by submission.
In a light heavyweight bout, Ovince St-Preux faced Tyson Pedro in a true clash of the machines. A young and hungry Tyson posed problems to St-Preux in the standup portion — but that’s when jiu-jitsu popped up to change the course of the match.
Used to surprising his opponents by choking from the top, this time St-Preux went for the arm. Tyson tried to resist, but St-Preux’s power was decisive in exploding his grips and sinking the kimura. Check it out here:
