If your gym is closed (as it should be) due to the coronavirus outbreak, you’ve probably been checking out all the great online content put out by some of jiu-jitsu’s best minds. Now, 2019 ADCC veterans Livia and Lachlan Giles are spending their time in home-quarantine by educating us on how to stretch so we don’t get too tight while self-isolating.
The Gileses are currently following Australia’s 14-day quarantine requirement after returning to the country from New Zealand. They told their followers they’d be sharing some content soon, and these BJJ-related stretches are their first generous gift to us in these lonely times. Practice these at home to keep your body flexible and healthy for all your solo drills!
