Nino Schembri marked an era in Jiu-Jitsu competition with his authentic and innovative technique. Like his greatest hero, Elvis Presley, the black belt put on a lot of shows. Who’d think, for example, to give up a mount to go for an omoplata? Nino does that kind of stuff.
These days “Elvis” teaches his technique to students in Manhattan Beach, California. But you can learn some of it in the video below.
