A recent interview with MMAjunkie features a very raw Steve Kozola on Dillon Danis. Kozola delivered some comments after squashing an otherwise promising opponent in under 30 seconds. He apparently feels that Bellator’s new BJJ star is fake and little more than an impersonator of Conor McGregor. Despite Danis’ extensive martial arts experience, Kozola thinks that he’s done nothing but copy techniques and even mannerisms he learned in McGregor’s gym. Other fighters have said before that people who train with McGregor have a tendency to copy everything he says and does. Danis is certainly a skilled fighter, but fans are starting to turn against him.
