Someone Donated $50,000 To The BJJ Fanatics Fund To Help Struggling Jiu-Jitsu Gyms

At the start of the year, jiu-jitsu instructional company BJJ Fanatics announced their plans to launch a fund to help jiu-jitsu gyms that had been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The BJJ Fanatics Fund was launched just a couple weeks later, with the company donating $25,000 themselves to kickstart the program.

Now, BJJ Fanatics has revealed that one donor, who asked not to be identified, donated $50,000 to the fund, single-handedly providing enough money for five gyms to receive the $10,000 donations that the company has been sending out. So far, two gyms (one in California and one in the Philippines) have been recipients of the money needed to stay open.

You can donate to the BJJ Fanatics Fund here.
