A Brazilian who set up residence in Japan, Roberto Satoshi has been doing a swell job in competition. The fighter dominated the brown belt division in 2010.

“This year, thank God, everything worked out! I won almost all the championships I was in, only losing at the World Pro. Now I’m going to take some rest and be back next year at the end of January. I’m going to China to do a no-gi event and try to set up sponsors só I can compete at the European Open and the Pan,” says the world champion.

“I had five matches and won them all, thus taking gold in my weight group and the absolute. The longest match took three minutes before I got the finish,” he says in closing.
