Ryan Hall was in Iceland earlier this year to train with Gunnar Nelson and hold a seminar at Mjolnir. While he was there he gave an insightful two part video interview where he touched on topics such as his history in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), including how he got started, and how it has often been difficult getting people to fight him. Hall also spoke of the current level of BJJ skill in mixed martial arts (MMA) competitions and how it is sometimes very low. He did however go on to take about the future of BJJ techniques in MMA and how raising the level of skill and improvements can be made for the future.
