The long-awaited fight between Royce Gracie and Ken Shamrock is coming up soon. This fight will be the third in an exciting trilogy of contests between the two Hall of Famers. Ken Gracie won the first fight back in 1993 and a rematch was ruled a mandatory draw. This last fight promises to be a defining contest because of the intense rivalry between the two men.
Already, Royce Gracie has stated he is coming out of retirement to teach Ken Shamrock a lesson. On his own part, Shamrock claims to have what it takes to defeat Gracie and sees the upcoming fight as an opportunity to prove his doubters wrong.
The hype is intense and from every indication, this fight will be spectacular. Fans are looking forward to this epic bout already and this is not surprising. This fight has been dubbed Bellator 149 and will take place on February 19 at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas.
